At the height of his success, the royal family commissioned him to make portraits of their children, starting with the Duchess of York and her daughter, the infant Princess Elizabeth, in 1926 and continuing through his last royal sitting thirty years later. The Royal Photograph Collection holds the most comprehensive collection of those royal portraits, and Marcus Adams brings together nearly one hundred and fifty of his charming, romantic images.
