All items we receive are processed by an in-house algorithm, which takes into account the existing firsthand prices, condition, recency, popularity, and ratings of the items.

Clothing with no brand or of ineligible/assorted brands with very low resale value are ineligible for credits. We will list a selected number of them to try and give them a second life, and recycle the rest responsibly. If an item from these categories is listed, you’ll still receive credits.
Vinyl Records
Credits are determined by the release version and its sales history in marketplace. Condition is also a particularly major factor for vinyl records in assessing its value.
