We accept payment by AmEx, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and GrabPay (SG). Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Yes, you can pay with your Thryft credits, which come in the form of a gift card! Simply enter your gift card code upon checkout. Any remaining balance from your gift card can be used for your next purchase.
If you do not have enough on your gift card to pay for your entire purchase, you can use another form of payment to top up for the balance. Do note that our payment gateway requires a minimum charge amount of $0.50 for payment through credit card. Otherwise, you can use PayPal to cover the balance if it is less than $0.50. (i.e. If you use a $20 Thryft gift card for a $20.12 purchase, you have to pay the balance of $0.12 with PayPal since it does not meet the minimum charge of $0.50 required for credit card payment.)
This might be due to the terms and conditions of the discounts! Please do note that some discounts are not stackable with each other.

Local orders: All orders are packed and shipped within 2-7 business days on a next-day-delivery service. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
International orders: All orders to Indonesia, Malaysia (West Malaysia), Hong Kong, Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan are packed and shipped within 2-7 business days. They may take up to 7 business days to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Some orders may experience delays due to customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays and cannot predict what they may be. If necessary, we suggest that you contact your local office for additional information!
Once your order is packed and ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification that your order is on the way!
You will also get a tracking link for your order from our partner, Shippit once the order has been fulfilled via your email.

Malaysian orders: We are delighted to offer FREE delivery for all orders to Western Malaysia. For orders to Eastern Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah), a live quote based on prevailing shipping rates is provided by our partner, Shippit, upon checkout!
Rest of the world: We currently also ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.
