• We accept any English language title of any genre. However, we do not take in: magazines, encyclopedias, pre-tertiary textbooks / assessment books and outdated tertiary textbooks.
• Books should not contain water damage, broken/torn spines, torn/missing pages, heavy foxing, heavy annotations and/or writing on covers.
• Books that are lightly annotated, while accepted, will be processed as lower in value.

• We accept adult tops, dresses, activewear, outerwear (sweaters, coats & jackets), shirts, skirts, jeans and pants that are washed and clean.
• We do not accept children's clothes, school / organisation-related wear, undergarments, socks, shoes, caps, hats, bags, swimwear, belts, ties, accessories and home clothes.
• Clothes should not contain yellow/orange spots, mould, stains, odours, holes, missing buttons / zips / parts and/or severe pilling.

• We accept vinyl records of any genre and language.
• Records should not have major scratches/scuffs, missing sleeve covers, major seam splits and/or severe warping.

• We accept Nintendo Switch, PS4/PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S/X games.
• Original covers must be present (we do not accept any games with missing covers).
• Games must play perfectly without issues. Games should not have major scratches/scuffs and/or severe warping.

• We accept any English language card or board game in any genre.
• Original box/packaging must be present with rules/instruction booklet included and all cards/pieces/tokens/dice.
• Games should not be incomplete sets, have damaged boxes that affect storage, cards in unplayable condition, marked or bent cards, water damage, missing rules.

• We only accept complete sets in good condition with all pieces included, as these toys will be heading to new homes to be loved by other children!
• Must be in original packaging, with original instructions and packaging intact.
• For fabric-based toys, we only accept unused items with original tags attached.
• Toys should not have any significant signs of use including wear marks, scratches, scuffs, missing pieces, broken parts, stains, or damaged packaging.

• We only accept the follow categories in good and clean condition:

1. Tennis, pickleball, padel, badminton, squash rackets

• Equipment should not contain cracks, breaks, rust, loose parts, missing components, heavy cosmetic damage, or structural issues.
• We do not accept:

1. Any safety equipment or small accessories (helmets, pads, balls, grips)
2. Assorted/generic brand items
3. Professional-grade equipment above $1000 retail

• We accept the follow categories in fully functional and clean condition:

1. Keyboards and mouses from Logitech, Apple, Keychron, Razer, KBDfans, NuPhy
2. Wireless and All-in-One Speakers from JBL, Bose, Sonos, Sennheiser, Bang & Olufsen, Marshall, Naim, Creative, Ultimate Ears, Anker, Apple
3. Point-and-shoot Digital Cameras from Fujifilm, Ricoh, Sony, Panasonic, Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus, DJI, GoPro

• All items must: come with original charging cables/power adapters where applicable, have working buttons and ports, include basic accessories needed for operation
• Equipment should not contain: screen damage or dead pixels, battery issues or swelling, broken/non-functional buttons or ports, heavy cosmetic damage, modified parts, degraded performance.

1. Make sure your items meet our Condition Guidelines!
2. Please use a sturdy box or bag, and pack your books and clothes separately. 
3. Do ensure that bags and boxes can be tightly sealed, as otherwise we can't take responsibility for any item that is lost.

Slots for booking from 130PM to 530PM every day, unless otherwise indicated. Take note booking has to be placed at least 2 days in advance.

Show up for your appointment, and our staff will be here to receive and guide you through our Drop-Off Form, which will help us process your items correctly and efficiently!

(Please do take note WarehouseJoy is no longer a drop-off point.)

• Make sure your items meet our Condition Guidelines!
• Pack items into sealed boxes, that you can try procuring from your nearest supermarket.
• Every box you use will need its own shipping label. Take note each shipping label can only accommodate up to 10kg of items.

• A link to schedule your Pick-Up date will be sent to you 3 to 5 working days after you submit your form.
• Once you receive your link, the earliest Pick-Up date you can schedule will be 7 days from the date of scheduling, subject to availability.
• We will email you shipping labels which you can self-print and attach to your boxes.
