These ten Etudes were originally commissioned by Keith Perkins as an educational project for jazz clarinet students. The record features Buddy DeFranco, accompanied by guitarist Jim Gillis, showcasing a blend of technical skill and musicality. The cover indicates a release date of 1977, while the label shows 1978. For further details regarding the condition and specifics of the packaging, please refer to the accompanying photos.
Media Condition: Good Plus (G+)
Record shows significant scratches, and visible groove wear. It is likely that noticeable surface noise and "ticks" will almost certainly accompany the playback.
Sleeve Condition: Very Good (VG)
Many of the defects found in a VG+ sleeve will be more pronounced. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same may be true of picture sleeves or LP covers.
