The front sleeve, spine, and labels prominently display the title, while the back sleeve is labeled "The Scene Changes Vol. 5." The record is part of the Blue Note Masterpiece Special Replica series, designed to resemble original U.S. issues, and is pressed on heavy, thick vinyl.
